Midlands Tech offering free tuition and fees for upcoming spring (2022) semester
Midlands Technical College is offering every qualified South Carolina resident free tuition and fees for the upcoming spring semester.
The generous offer is a part of the Workforce Scholarships for the Future Program, which helps students take charge of their future. According to MTC officials, their goal is to help South Carolinians get the education and training they need to fill the high-demand careers of today’s workforce.
With more than 150 programs in eight schools of study, they feel students are purposefully aligned with the core industries that drive the state’s economy.
The opportunity is available for adults and recent high school graduates enrolling in the college’s academic and continuing education career pathways from Jan 1, 2022 to May 1, 2022.
Tuition and fees will be covered after all federal, state, local, and private assistance, including other available scholarships and grants, are applied. Books are not covered.
