Clarendon County Schools
Clarendon County is home to three public school districts – Districts 1, 2, and 3 – as well as several private schools, such as Laurence Manning Academy and Clarendon Hall. Recognitions such as Palmetto Gold and Silver Awards and the highest ACT & SAT scores in the region are awarded to Clarendon County students. The districts offer Early College Honors Programs to students, with one-on-one learning environments and college credit coursework. Clarendon County is also home to a satellite branch of the Central Carolina Technical College, where students pursuing secondary education can hone in on their craft and prepare for the workforce.
