15-year-old CEO opens retail store and girls’ salon in Columbia
Spring Hill High School freshman Gabby Goodwin now has a headquarters for her business, thanks to her parents comedian Mike Goodwin and Rozalynn Goodwin.
The 15-year-old CEO of Confidence, along with her team, now fill orders for her patented GaBBY Bows and girls’ plant-based natural hair products at the new facility.
Her retail store and girls’ salon will officially open during a ribbon cutting and drop-in with the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Saturday, Dec. 4 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The commercial property investment for the Goodwin family also has office space for MTG Comedy and a leased suite for another business, according to officials from Lexington-Richland District Five. It is located at 3525 Bush River Rd.
“I am so grateful for my parents’ sacrifices, and I am honored to have a building with my family to build generational wealth. I hope to continue to inspire girls to follow their dreams and achieve their goals,” said Gabby.
